4. Condition, Valuation, and Risk

• Investment Disclaimer: Collectibles, even those labeled “investment-grade,” carry market risk. Values may fluctuate, and past performance is not indicative of future value. We do not guarantee appreciation or resale value.

• Items listed as "Mint", "Near Mint", or similar follow industry grading standards, but all condition assessments not performed by a third-party grading company (e.g., PSA, CGC, Beckett) are subjective and final.

• Sealed products are sold as-is; we do not guarantee pull rates or contents unless specified by the manufacturer.

5. Authenticity and Grading

• We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. Third-party graded items are authenticated by their respective services (e.g., PSA, CGC, JSA, Beckett).

• In case of a dispute over authenticity or grade, claims must be addressed directly with the grading authority.

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

• Sales tax is applied as required by law based on shipping destination.

7. Orders and Right to Refuse

• Claims for errors or damage must be made within 3 business days of delivery, with supporting photos and documentation.

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
